• One Delivery Attempt: Only one delivery attempt will be made for teddy bears. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. Re-delivery will incur additional charges if required.

• No Address Redirection: Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be redirected to a different address. Please confirm the delivery details when placing your order.

• Product Variation: While we strive to deliver the teddy bear exactly as pictured, slight variations may occur due to availability. Any necessary substitutions will be of equal or higher value, and you will be informed prior to delivery.
