• Placement: Keep your flowers in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight, heat, or air conditioning vents. Avoid placing them near fruits, as some fruits release gases that can cause flowers to wilt faster.

• Water Change: Refresh the water every two days, and trim the stems again each time to prolong the life of your flowers. Remove any submerged leaves to avoid bacteria buildup.

• Flower Food: If flower food is provided, dissolve it in the vase water as directed to nourish your flowers and keep them vibrant.

Chocolate Care Guide:

• Storage: Store chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. For best results, keep them at a temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F to 68°F). Avoid refrigerating chocolates as this may cause condensation and affect their texture.

• Serving: Allow refrigerated chocolates to reach room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture experience.

• Delivery Method: All flowers and chocolates are hand-delivered to ensure freshness and quality. We do not use couriers for perishable items.

• Delivery Timing: While we aim to deliver within the selected time window, delivery times may vary based on your location and the specific flowers and chocolates ordered. Please allow some flexibility.

• One Delivery Attempt: Since both flowers and chocolates are perishable, only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If re-delivery is required, additional charges will apply.

• No Redirection of Address: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected to a different address. Please double-check the delivery address during checkout.

• Product Variation: Due to seasonal or regional availability, slight variations in the appearance of flowers or chocolates may occur. Rest assured, substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater value, and we will inform you of any changes prior to delivery.
