Awesome service. only one thin g you guys can improve is if the area you are delivering is out of the range, then in your website itself it should prompt the additional cost so that the entire transaction can be done just once . rather than your service team emailing back saying the delivery will incur additional fee. Its just a suggestion which will ensure your customers will get a complete service in one go rather than following up front and back with your service team.
