• One Delivery Attempt: Cakes are perishable items, so only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If re-delivery is required, additional charges will apply.

• No Address Redirection: Once the cake is out for delivery, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please confirm the correct address when placing your order.
