• Serving: Allow refrigerated Mithai to reach room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture. Keep the sweets in an airtight container to preserve their moisture and freshness.

• Delivery Method: All flowers and Mithai are hand-delivered to guarantee freshness and quality. We do not use courier services for perishable items.

• Delivery Timing: The delivery time selected is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and specific items. We strive to deliver within the chosen window, but some flexibility may be required.

• One Delivery Attempt: Since both flowers and Mithai are perishable, only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If re-delivery is necessary, additional fees will apply.

• No Address Redirection: Once the order is out for delivery, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please ensure the correct address is provided when placing your order.

• Product Variation: Slight variations in flower arrangements and Mithai appearance may occur due to availability or regional factors. If substitutions are required, we will replace them with similar or superior items, and inform you before delivery.
