    First time user very much satisfied with the response in terms of delivery of Flowers and Cake as per shown specifications and quality especially in a town like Guntur. only issue was, the glass vase for which we have paid Rs.200 extra was not delivered along with flowers and cake. process to be followed towards the refund of this money paid.
