• Water Refresh: Change the water every two days and re-cut the stems to prolong freshness. Remove any leaves below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth.

• Flower Food: If flower food is provided, mix it into the vase water to help nourish and preserve the blooms.

Cake Care Guide:

• Storage: Upon receiving your cake, store it in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. For cakes with cream, fondant, or fruit, refrigeration is especially important.

• Serving: Before serving, allow the cake to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to enjoy its best flavor and texture. Use a serrated knife to cut clean slices without damaging the cake's structure.

Chocolate Care Guide:

• Storage: Keep chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. The ideal storage temperature is between 15°C and 20°C (59°F to 68°F). Avoid refrigerating chocolates, as this can cause condensation and affect their texture and taste.

• Serving: Allow refrigerated chocolates to reach room temperature before serving to enjoy their full flavor.

• Delivery Timing: The selected delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and the specific items ordered. We strive to meet your chosen delivery window, but please allow some flexibility.

• Single Delivery Attempt: Due to the perishable nature of the products, only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order. If re-delivery is necessary, additional charges will apply.

• No Address Redirection: Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be redirected to another address. Please double-check your delivery information at checkout.

• Product Variation: Slight variations in the appearance of flowers, cake designs, or chocolates may occur due to availability. In cases where substitutions are necessary, we will replace items with similar or superior products and inform you beforehand.
