Mango Sunrise Cake

Cake Care Guide:

• Storage: Upon receiving your cake, store it in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness. Cakes with cream, fondant, or fruit fillings require refrigeration.

• Serving: Before serving, allow the cake to come to room temperature by leaving it out for 30 minutes. This will enhance its flavor and texture.

• Cutting: Use a serrated knife to cut clean, neat slices without damaging the cake’s structure, especially when cutting through layers of icing or soft cake fillings.

• Shelf Life: For maximum freshness, consume the cake within 24-48 hours. If there are leftovers, store them in an airtight container and refrigerate.
