• Single Delivery Attempt: As flowers are perishable, only one delivery attempt will be made. Ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order. Additional charges will apply if a re-delivery is necessary.

• No Address Change: Once an order is out for delivery, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please make sure the correct address is provided during checkout.

• Product Variation: The appearance of flowers and teddy bears may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to availability or regional differences. If substitutions are necessary, we will replace items with similar or better options and inform you beforehand.
